"The badges are okay, I guess, but I’m..."
The badges are okay, I guess, but I’m a little confused by the community side of things. It feels empty, and when people post, it doesn’t seem like anyone really replies. I expected there to be more interaction, but it just feels kind of dead.

"Integration options were frustratingly limited"
I was disappointed with the integration options. I couldn’t connect a few of the tools I already use every day, so I ended up feeling like I’d have to build awkward workarounds just to make it fit my workflow. What made it more annoying was that the next steps weren’t really clear either, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to contact support, wait for future integrations, or just figure it out on my own. Maybe it works fine if you use their supported tools, but for me it was a frustrating experience.

"Onboarding was okay, but kind of confusing"
I got through the onboarding, so it worked in the end, but it was a bit confusing. Some steps weren’t super clear, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. It also felt slow in a few places, like I was just waiting around or repeating things. Not terrible, but the unclear steps and the slow parts definitely made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I tried to claim my badge, but the..."
I tried to claim my badge, but the verification process kept sending me around in circles. I couldn’t really tell what I was doing wrong, just got errors and had to keep waiting. I eventually gave up after spending way too much time on it, though maybe I just missed something obvious.

"I tried bitbadges.io for a small project..."
I tried bitbadges.io for a small project after a friend recommended it, and while it does work, the customization felt limited to me. I had a harder time than expected changing layouts and making everything match my brand. It’s not a bad tool, but I kept wishing I had more control over the look and feel. Overall, it was okay, just not quite flexible enough for what I needed.

"Fees were mostly reasonable, shockingly enough"
I’ve used bitbadges.io a few times, and the fees were mostly fine. Blockchain costs can still creep up when the network gets busy, because apparently convenience always needs a little surprise surcharge, but it wasn’t anything outrageous. I just wish the final cost was shown a bit more clearly before confirming, so I didn’t have to do the usual guessing game

"Bitbadges works fine most of the time. It..."
Bitbadges works fine most of the time. It does what I need, but some pages take a little longer to load here and there. It’s not a huge deal, I just wish the whole thing felt a bit faster overall
"I tried connecting my wallet and yeah..."
I tried connecting my wallet and yeah, it worked after I refreshed the page once. Wasn’t too bad overall, but it did feel kinda clunky and a little slow to me.

"Decent UI, but a little cluttered"
I spent some time using bitbadges.io, and overall it works well. The site has a modern look and I didn’t run into any major issues, but the interface does feel a bit crowded in certain areas. A few buttons and menus weren’t immediately obvious to me, so I had to poke around for a minute to figure things out. It’s definitely usable, but I think new users would have an easier time if the layout were cleaned up and simplified a bit...

"Wouldn’t use it again unless it gets fixed"
I probably wouldn’t use bitbadges.io again unless they make it more reliable. The whole experience just felt too inconsistent for me to trust it.
I tried it a few different times, and most of the time something was off. Pages were either loading really slowly or freezing up completely, which got frustrating fast.
Badges also didn’t always show correctly, so I kept having to refresh and try again. I’m usually fine with small bugs here and there, but when the main site feels flaky, it’s hard to stick with it.

"Docs were decent, but a bit vague"
The docs were okay overall, but I felt like they could’ve been clearer in a few spots. Maybe they were written by someone who already knew the product really well, because some parts seemed to skip over details a new user would probably need.

"Support was alright, but I’m not fully convinced"
They did help me in the end, but I had to wait a while before getting a response. It was okay overall, though it did make me wonder a bit about how reliable the support would be if I had a bigger issue.

"I gave bitbadges.io a try and overall it..."
I gave bitbadges.io a try and overall it seems decent. The site worked fine for me and I didn’t run into anything that felt obviously sketchy, but something about it still makes me feel a little unsure on the trust side. I’d feel better if there was clearer info about security and who’s behind certain parts of the platform. Not a bad experience, just not fully confident yet. 3 stars for now.

"Felt too limited for the badges I wanted"
I tried using bitbadges.io to make a few badges, and at first I thought it would be straightforward, but then I got into the settings and, it just felt too limited. The customization options were confusing, and I couldn’t really set things up the way I had in mind. Maybe it’s fine if you only need something super basic, but for anything more flexible, I kept running into issues. I messed with it for a while, got annoyed, and ended up giving up...

"I tried using Bitbadges, it wasn't not confusing..."
I tried using Bitbadges, it wasn't not confusing. I kept bouncing around the menus, clicking on stuff, and still didn't really know what I was supposed to do next.
Maybe it works fine if you already understand how everything fits together, but for me it just felt kind of messy. I gave up after a bit because simple things shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

"Seems like a fair deal, right?"
I’ve been using Bitbadges for a little while now, and the pricing feels reasonable to me. It’s not overpriced, and I’m getting what I need without having to pay for a bunch of extra stuff I don’t use. Seems like a good value, doesn’t it?
